FREE Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Need more time to decide? No worries, if after 30 days you’re still not fully satisfied, you can return your order up to 60 days from the purchase date and receive a Vital Plus Account Credit equal to the original purchase price.

With the Vital Plus 60-day return policy, there are no hidden conditions. We simply ask that items are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can easily submit your return through our self-service process via your account. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Returns Made Easy with Vital Plus

You may return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team (typically within 72 hours), your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

For returns made after the initial 30-day period, a Vital Plus Account Credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Please note: depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Final Sale Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products such as masks and rapid test kits.
